As the Lead Consultant at Clarity Facilitation, Michael has been providing organizational development services to diverse mixture of nonprofit, business, church, and government agencies in Minnesota since 2002. Michael partners with a diverse mix of other facilitators, evaluators, trainers, and organizers to customize a team for each project. Michael was diagnosed with the most aggressive kind of brain cancer. Listening to and telling stories has been an essential part of my healing. I now offer public storytelling about healing and facilitate healing story sessions for people living with illness or trauma, and their care providers. I work in partnership with Health Story Collaborative and many other organizations. Michael draws upon his 15 years as a professional facilitator in this work.
